Customer services needs improving. Not easy to get a reply to emails/ comments. Particularly frustrating when you need to get in touch with them to authorise any issues with the courier service used eg. to leave in a safe place if you’re not in.
Order never received in the end due to missed deliveries but I did get a refund offered & accepted this to save further hassle with the courier service.
I would also say the current courier service used needs improving/ or upgrading to a different company.
Great beer it’s just a shame customer services is slow going.
I ordered some beer from Tiny Rebel as normal, this would be my 5th time ordering with them and until now have had perfectly acceptable transactions. Even making 2 orders during the COVID lockdown, they were still with me promptly with no issues. Credit to them for that.
This time though, my beer was nowhere to be found after 2 weeks. I contacted their customer service where I was first told they "can't see anything" regarding my order, but will get a replacement out ASAP. Here was my first red flag... If they can't see anything, how do they know what to replace and where it's going? After reading that, I was suspicious of what they said, so sent a screenshot of my order to be safe, so now they at least knew what I ordered.
A few days had passed and of course, the replacement never showed up, and I never received any confirmation or shipping emails. So I contacted them again, they eventually replied saying another replacement was "being packed" and should be with me in a couple of days. Again, a couple of days passed, no email, no delivery.
This process was sadly repeated with a THIRD order "being packed" and not showing up. At this point I should have 3 lots of beer(!?). Obviously I didn't and was being spun some strange lie by Charlie & Ash at Customer Service, and also whoever runs their Instagram where I had to prod them frequently for responses.
Enough was enough, and I had opened a dispute with Paypal for my money back, this was the only way I felt I would safely get a refund considering the wealth of strange lies Tiny Rebel have been feeding me. Quickly after that I was emailed by Charlie again asking me to close the dispute and he would refund my shipping costs and 40% of my order. This baffled me... Why would I accept 40% of my money back when I have 0% of my order?
I told them I will only close it when I receive my order, then I'll entertain the 40% refund. Things started to pick up speed after this and I was emailed saying ANOTHER order was on it's way to me and also a duplicate of it as an apology. This email, unlike the rest was given with 2 tracking codes for each order. The fact these were omitted from the last 3 "replacements" is telling enough that I was being lied to.
I look at the tracking and it states each order is in 2 boxes, 4 total. I received 1 the next day, and 2 the following day. I still don't have the 4th but the tracking site tells me everything is delivered. I at least got what I paid for, so I'm not out any money now so I have cut my losses and resigned to the fact the 4th box isn't arriving.
The whole experience has been confusing, unnecessary and stressful. If you read this - In future please just be honest with your customers. If I was told right away there was a problem at Tiny Rebel and my order would be delayed or anything truthful, that would be fine.
Sadly, as much as I love the beer, the customer service has rendered it too risky for me to purchase from again. So I won't be ordering.
It's also worth noticing that when I was having my issues I noticed several other people in their Instagram comments with the same problem, so this wasn't an isolated incident. Whatever it was, I hope it's fixed now so nobody has to go through this.

Food ordered at restaurant, sent wrong burger and only realised after eating half which then realised also that the burger was half raw, spoke to person serving who took my plate and then never returned, customer service here seriously needs work and they also need to work seriously on quality control
Absolutely horrendous service
We ordered our Mother’s Day lunch in advance on Monday as we wanted to ensure we had plenty of time.
Our order was placed through Uber Eats on Monday and accepted- we were told it would be 1pm delivery today.
We were only told the order was not coming through 10 mins before it was due to arrive.
You cancelled the order at 12:30 and we got notified 20 mins later. The cancelled order at that late time has left us with nothing for Mother’s Day with zero communication from Tiny Rebel.
Instagram is full of people posting their Mother’s Day food - I want an explanation as to why our order was cancelled when it was put in on Monday and the money taken out in advance?
It clearly wasn’t a capacity issue as people still got their food?
Even if you had a delivery issue and had the courtesy to tell us we could have collected.
This is the latest shocking customer service that we have experienced through Tiny Rebel. The Newport bar delivered us the wrong food on 24th February with no way to contact them and now we have a cancellation.
Still no communication from them since the email and I have forwarded it again today as well as writing this review.

Terrible. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, no sign of the order. 2 emails, 1 DM and still no response from the company. Turned off their phone, probably because of the amount of complaints they are getting.

Finally got a reply and all been sorted. Product arranged next day. However they need to monitor the emails better or reopen the phone lines
Excellent service received. I’ve been drinking this amazing range of beers for some time and was looking for some branded glasses. Not sure why I didn’t think of it before but prices for their glassware on eBay are really high. On the official site they’re inexpensive and were delivered expertly packaged within a couple of days. Really good service, will use again.
Come on Tiny Rebel...you are now doing food as Voodoo Burrito...we arranged to collect...address is given as Wern Industrial Estate...no accurate address...after driving around for 20 mins I went into your building to see if anyone knew where VB was situated to be told..."here" !!... no signage whatsoever...meal supposed to be ready for 7.15...its 7.45 now and still not ready...POOR SHOW !
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Took my my money, no beer delivered, no one answering the phones and no replies to emails. The beer is really nice but I will never buy from them again, I’m not even sure if it will ever arrive. And how can you get a refund from a company that doesn’t respond to enquiries?
Really disappointed.
I came across Tiny Rebel after going to the Great British Beer festival last year: their stand was sold out. Thought is must be good, and it was so! I absolutely adore the beer, as do my friends who empty me out of it when they come round. The Clwb Tropica is a particular favourite. I have to say the delivery was a little iffy but worth it for the beer and the excellent Black Friday offer.
Very bad company for delivery service, been waiting weeks and weeks for my delivery... will I even receive it before Xmas??? Probably not. Absolute joke of a company, can’t even get through to speak to anyone and when you do they lie to you and say they will be shipping it that day, well where the hell is it? Do not waste your time with these, like many people you’ll end up chasing your orders!
Terrible, absolutely terrible company to order online from... they state 3-5 days for delivery, 2 weeks later no where to be seen!!! Absolute joke, do not order from these guys. They’re quick enough to take your money out your bank but when it comes down to sending the goods they’re no where to be seen! Phone lines are off, no response anywhere!
I enjoy Tiny Rebel beer and have had a few orders with no problems until this time, so I've knocked one star off.
My order arrived 2 days after ordering but was missing 2 four packs out of the 5 I ordered.
I emailed straight away to explain the problem and received an automated reply stating that all staff were dedicated to packing at a busy time and I could expect a reply within 2-3 working days.
I was happy to receive a reply the following day, apologising for the error and informing me that the missing packs would be sent as soon as possible.
The missing packs arrived about a week later so all in all a very good service with the packing issue dealt with and corrected quickly, as well as keeping me informed along the way.
Will definitely order again in the future.

I’d give no stars if I could.
My mum placed an order 18 days ago for some Christmas gifts. The money has been taken from her account but the order still says ‘we are packing your order.’
Surely this doesn’t take 18 days when you ‘aim to deliver in 4-5 working days?’
She has sent two emails, plus a private mail on Facebook, comments on their social media posts (which they’re still updating) and I’ve messaged them myself as well.
ALL IGNORED.
No answer on the phone lines either - first time ordering from Tiny Rebel and it will 100% be the last.
I would call the customer service DISGRACEFUL but I’ve not received any so I can’t even do that.
